Mission and Purpose.
- The MWSC has been established for the Moree and District community to provide a group of skiers and non-skiers a way to learn how to ski, slalom water ski, barefoot and wake board as well as improve individual skill levels in each of these disciplines.
- There will be club events for, slalom skiing, learn to ski clinics and social events to meet other skiers and swap yarns reliving moments on the weir, good and bad.
- The MWSC is an official member of AWWF, the peak body for water skiing in Australia. AWWF & Water ski Qld has a dual mission of promoting the growth and development of recreational water skiing, and organizing and governing the sport of competitive water skiing.
- In addition, the MWSC affiliation with AWWF allows the MWSC to provide insurance coverage for club members during ski clinics and when using the MWSC Slalom Course when setup on the Weir.
- There will be many benefits in addition to the above mentioned, including store discounts, swap shop for used equipment, beginning and advanced ski clinics, and educational material.
We Believe.
- Water skiing builds strength, character, self confidence, competition skills, friendship, and strengthens the family unit.
- Safety is required for the enjoyment of the sport.
- Teaching others is fun and highly promoted.
- Therefore, we strive to respect others, maintain high integrity, openly communicate, and work with the AWWF, Water ski Qld & Moree and District communities to provide the best Water ski Club environment possible.

Welcome to Moree Water-Ski Club
Moree Water-Ski Club is in its infancy, but our aim is to be a family orientated socially and competitively active club, with a focus on the development of skills in all forms of water skiing disciplines within Moree and District.
MWSC is committed to building it's membership for the future, our commitment is to develop the skills and abilities of our members along with the advancement of our club.
MWSC will have all the paper work completed for the start of this Ski season,which means we will be holding club events, slalom skiing and training days at Tareelaroi Weir this year.
So the interim committee is looking forward to seeing interested people to join us at the meeting and possibly become members.
As the Moree Water-ski club is incorporated under the Associations Incorporation Act 1984, we have adopted the model rules for Incorporated Associations as set by the Act.
